Cool business model and great products

Cons

Terrible culture disguised as good culture because they pay for "SC best places to work" each year. People mill - over 30 sales people have come and gone in last 3 years. Micro managed to the extreme. Value control over productivity. Insist on being in office 5 days a week when office is rusty building in sketchy part of town with no windows.

Regular employees are great people

Cons

Management only looks after themselves. They will tell you they have a family atmosphere and never fire people and then "eliminate positions" when the going. Gets tough to only tell the company it's because of and performance.
