the are a close knit company, work with my schedule, fills like family.

no chance to move up our to do any thing with networking. need to work on communication between departments.

Cool business model and great products

Cons

Terrible culture disguised as good culture because they pay for "SC best places to work" each year. People mill - over 30 sales people have come and gone in last 3 years. Micro managed to the extreme. Value control over productivity. Insist on being in office 5 days a week when office is rusty building in sketchy part of town with no windows.
