Cons
Mass layoffs every quarter with no warning and no reason. But they have the money to fly everyone into New York to watch the CEO lip sync on stage just not pay their employees. Truly a bait and switch company with no real strategy. In my opinion Transfr will either be sold for parts or close their doors. You got awards a month ago? You got promoted 2 weeks ago? Does not matter you are laid off with the other 50 people because leadership keeps changing every other week so they have no real plan at all. I also have verifiable proof that managers as high as the CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER MANDATED individual contributors to give positive Glassdoor reviews.
