The work can be mentally draining at times due to difficult customer interactions throughout the day. There are also frequent changes within teams and processes.

There's money to be made, not outside of AEP/OEP much. they train you well and most of the managers are flexible and caring.

Only certain programs are worth it there I was in their Aetna direct program first and that was good, leads knew who they were talking to, what to expect etc. However their programs outside of direct ones are bad, they trick people into calling in with the promise of a grocery card that does not exist. The most vulnerable community who needs the most help, made me feel like I was a scammer. Or they thought they were calling the carrier or Medicare themselves.
