Pros

Holiday parties are good Keurig machine and unlimited coffee is available The director Nancy is stellar Food trucks at building every so often

Cons

I felt like more of an adult when I was 5 days old than I did working here. You can't eat, get something to drink, go to the restroom or have a quick phone call without being questioned about where you were. Forget being comfortable in one position. You will be moved into an entirely different position and role with no extra pay or willingness to go. This is not to "help you grow" as presented to you, this is to fill a pathetic hole for upper management. Don't even think about having a personal issue arise at work and contacting HR because the first thing HR will do is contact your manager to tell them what happened and you will forever be shunned. As for the bonus goes don't get a pep in your step because it's unrealistic and changes constantly.

Pros

Good pay, supportive coworkers, and opportunities to grow and learn in the insurance field. Some leaders are very encouraging and helpful, The job teaches strong communication and problem solving skills, especially handling customers over the phone.

Cons

The work can be mentally draining at times due to difficult customer interactions throughout the day. Leadership styles can vary a lot depending on the team or manager, so adapting to constant changes and different expectations can sometimes be stressful. There are also frequent changes within teams and processes.

Pros

There's money to be made, not outside of AEP/OEP much. they train you well and most of the managers are flexible and caring.

Cons

Only certain programs are worth it there I was in their Aetna direct program first and that was good, leads knew who they were talking to, what to expect etc. However their programs outside of direct ones are bad, they trick people into calling in with the promise of a grocery card that does not exist. The most vulnerable community who needs the most help, made me feel like I was a scammer. Or they thought they were calling the carrier or Medicare themselves.
