Pros
The company offers fairly decent compensation for a hourly pay but the real reason your hired to work there is generate a solid commission through sales. If your not a die hard sales person this is not the position or company for you but if you are management sees fit to offer daily incentives to motivate the sales floor. Management does try to offer activities to keep the sales floor engaged.
Cons
Personal time off is a negative as a new hire you get 5 days for the year. Any other day you take off is unpaid. Take everything that management tells you at face value. They tend to have the habbit of running before walking meaning they may over hire for particular programs with great expectations that are not fully developed yet. You must be able to adapt to change because you are more than likely going to be rotated to another department with two months of employment.
