Pros

you can make money you do not work for free

Cons

It way too much for the pay especially if you have integrity, the less you have the better you will do at this job, You have to follow the rules but you are taught get them to buy with trickery while staying what they call compliant I say use the experience as learning experience until you can do better for your self. There is no job security there as well. They allow bullying of workers who have not been there long. Generally not a good place to work if you a normal healthy person. It felt like i went through a wall of slime the 5 months I was there never again will I stay that long simply for the money. I left but did see co workers get fired if there bonus structure changed or isa someone spoke up, they will terminate quickly for these reasons it is the bottom line. I started looking 2 months after i started there. I would never refer this company team leads managers have to be all in line with ill morals to be there long and it shows

Pros

Good pay, supportive coworkers, and opportunities to grow and learn in the insurance field. Some leaders are very encouraging and helpful, The job teaches strong communication and problem solving skills, especially handling customers over the phone.

Cons

The work can be mentally draining at times due to difficult customer interactions throughout the day. Leadership styles can vary a lot depending on the team or manager, so adapting to constant changes and different expectations can sometimes be stressful. There are also frequent changes within teams and processes.

Pros

There's money to be made, not outside of AEP/OEP much. they train you well and most of the managers are flexible and caring.

Cons

Only certain programs are worth it there I was in their Aetna direct program first and that was good, leads knew who they were talking to, what to expect etc. However their programs outside of direct ones are bad, they trick people into calling in with the promise of a grocery card that does not exist. The most vulnerable community who needs the most help, made me feel like I was a scammer. Or they thought they were calling the carrier or Medicare themselves.
