Pros

Parking garage, gym, onsite cafeteria, free coffee- great stepping stone towards a better job. If you are ready to back stab, take credit for someone else's work, watch everyone else get ahead while ur still training the people who eventually become your boss/ then this is the place for you!

Cons

It's a boys club and the only people that get ahead are those in the boys club , the yes men and the yes women they keep themselves surrounded by. Talented and hard working employees are dispensable if one of the "boys" happen not to like you. Amount of favoritism is ridiculous. If your not one of the favorites you are treated less than nice. Hard work is not rewarded unless ur in the club. Revolving door. Management has no loyalty to their employees, they will throw u under the bus to save their own skin in a heartbeat. No communication between management and decision makers. about 15 people who "run the office", everyone else is replaceable. (That's the culture here)

Pros

Good pay, supportive coworkers, and opportunities to grow and learn in the insurance field. Some leaders are very encouraging and helpful, The job teaches strong communication and problem solving skills, especially handling customers over the phone.

Cons

The work can be mentally draining at times due to difficult customer interactions throughout the day. Leadership styles can vary a lot depending on the team or manager, so adapting to constant changes and different expectations can sometimes be stressful. There are also frequent changes within teams and processes.

Pros

There's money to be made, not outside of AEP/OEP much. they train you well and most of the managers are flexible and caring.

Cons

Only certain programs are worth it there I was in their Aetna direct program first and that was good, leads knew who they were talking to, what to expect etc. However their programs outside of direct ones are bad, they trick people into calling in with the promise of a grocery card that does not exist. The most vulnerable community who needs the most help, made me feel like I was a scammer. Or they thought they were calling the carrier or Medicare themselves.
