Ambiguous job description, not a lot of room for full time opportunities for my specific role

The people are amazing and I love my team. I also really enjoy the type of remediation we do.

I don't think pay reflects the job level or stress. It is also difficult to keep up with performance indicators when management does not give enough work to meet them.
