Pros
The benefits are decent but that is really it for positives.
Cons
The bad vastly out weights the good. You often don't know where you are working until the next day. Have know idea when you will get to go home. Forced to work in terrible weather. Some people are nice but others are not kind. All the driving puts unnecessary miles on your vehicle. They will try to convince you to work a double shift and often force you to work bad night shifts.
