Pros
This is a great stable consulting firm with professionals across many specialties. The practices seem to drive the direction of the work which means employees can influence their work focus and content. Work life balance is good.
Cons
The company has grown with many acquisitions so it is disjointed with lots of unrelated work happening in many offices across the country. It is pretty traditional consulting so doesn't feel very cutting-edge. Diversity at upper management is limited here.
