Pros
Just outside of the city, generally an easy communte. Company has an overall good rank. Flexible schedule (great if raising a family).
Cons
Offices are small and broken up at different locations based on speciality. This creates difficult communicating when different offices are working on different aspects of a project. Has more of a family business feel due to so many outside relationships. Poor organization of references and other useful items. Ineffective introduction and training for new employees. Reviews are not as effective as they should be.
