Pros
Awesome people and they are very helpful to help you get started. I really don't have anything negative to say. insurance is good and the PTO time is better than anywhere else I've been. Also working hours are pretty flexible, no punching a clock. Definitely a place to stay long term, and many people do.
Cons
If you are a field employee, it is hard to get in training that comes up during the year. It's a good idea to let them know. Also you use your own vehicle for field work so that could be a con if you don't upkeep your car. It did not seem to be a problem for anyone I saw.
