      Strong management/employees. Company has been doing very well recently even through recession.

      Cons

      Some of the hours were difficult when having to work overtime. Some holidays and weekends were not easy.

      The people are amazing and I love my team. I also really enjoy the type of remediation we do.

      Cons

      I don't think pay reflects the job level or stress. It is also difficult to keep up with performance indicators when management does not give enough work to meet them.
