Pros
I really enjoyed my coworkers and the flexibility I had, which was a huge benefit.
Cons
Good ole boy system through and through. Raises and promotions are rarely ever given unless you’re in the good ole boy club. Unfortunately greediness is ruining the company morale. Hard working employees are purposely and continually overlooked bc someone’s buddy was hired in at twice your salary and with some made up title and job title. Major lack of foundational SOP and it’s like anything goes and nothing is consistent across the board.
