Pros
TRC attracts some very good, young talent and provides young engineers opportunities to learn and develop by taking on new tasks.
Cons
TRC does not promote women or have an internal structure for advancement. It is generally top heavy and management does not appreciate contributions of non-engineering staff. The company works strictly on contracts so job stability is low. Favoritism is common.
