Infrastructure sector leadership is off track. Focused on industry tech buzzwords with very little understanding of the inner workings of the fundamental tools that the industry uses to produce work. Our company was acquired by TRC and it destroyed our culture with most employees gone within a few weeks after integration. Everything is reactive, poor planning, very little testing, senior management barking orders in an effort to stop the exodus when they are unable to comprehend the problem.
