Pros
The pros of working here are pretty nice. You can work from home, they're very flexible with time off, we get paid holidays and good PTO. The people are nice.
Cons
This company can do a lot better with the pay. I started out much lower than all my peers, which could be understandable based on their time in the company. but after 5 years i have had to fight for every single raise and promotion i got, and I'm still significantly paid less and in a lesser position than my peers, even though i do the same work. I was cheated out of a yearly bonus several times, even after being promoted and told i was going to get one. They said there was a mistake on how i was entered into the system which made me ineligible for bonuses even though all my peers got one. Now looking on this website, the listing for the same position i am currently in is starting out higher than my current salary.
