Business Outlook
Pros
Flexible work schedule if you are non-exempt status. Core teams are great to work with. I got lucky and have great managers to work directly under. The program I help administer is really well organized and fun to help manage.
Cons
Advancement is slow and lower level position pays are very low for the type of work you do. Some managers that aren't involved with what you do on a daily basis think they can micro-mange you and basically have control of your pay and future. Training an don-boarding is not great. Reviews are done annually on the same month for entire company regardless of when you were hired and are mediocre.
