Pros

I'm struggling to find a lot of items to put in the Pros column.

Cons

Employees have not received 100% of their bonus amount in the last few years. This is company has mostly male leadership and does not promote females. They do not value employees. Their 401K funding options are limited and have been performing horribly overall so when you invest you are actually losing money across the board. Their vacation and sick time is PTO. So, if you are really sick - you're taking PTO (aka your vacation time). People tend to work when they are sick. There is limited PTO time. Up until a year ago maternity leave was non-existent. Every meeting is about how bad our financials are yet they are buying new businesses left and right while screwing loyal employees out of the full bonus amount. There is NO training for certain groups - they don't have the budget and they wouldn't want you to be NON-Billable which will hit their profit margin. People within TRC that are very disrespectful and have the biggest egos are never reprimanded. Been bullied and harassed by a senior leader and it was my fault. Bad behavior is acceptable.

Pros

Collaborative team environment, strong emphasis on safety, opportunities for professional growth, and involvement in impactful projects. The company also provides a structured onboarding experience and a professional work culture.

Cons

The main challenge is the time it takes to become fully familiar with internal processes, tools, and project workflows during the first few weeks.
