      Pros

      Many nice people and flexibility to work remotely was a huge plus.

      Cons

      Junior staff were required to return to office but senior staff was not. Pay was below market. Was required to take PTO during natural disaster, despite no electricity. The human side of the company culture could be improved.

      Pros

      The people are amazing and I love my team. I also really enjoy the type of remediation we do.

      Cons

      I don't think pay reflects the job level or stress. It is also difficult to keep up with performance indicators when management does not give enough work to meet them.
