Limited people with experience are too busy to train new hires(they all quit because of the payment), so employers with three months of experience are the ones who train the newcomers. There is a lack of promotions to new positions and no growth opportunities. Some designers are hourly, getting paid 1.5 times for overtime with a low rate, while engineers with a low salary get straight time as 'overtime.' Designers and engineers do the same job, but the company isn't salary competitive because designers are paid less despite performing the same tasks as engineers
