Archaic structure. Demanding, no personal time, work first mentality. Women are not looked at as equals, maternity leave was just updated a year or two after I left. A company led by males that gives little to no growth opportunities to women. Lack of training and onboarding. Lack of mentorship and overall a management of do as I say not as I do.
