Pros
The building, the employees, the benefits...great! The culture is upbeat and the perks in the office of having a gym, a full basketball court, games, food trucks, etc. was wonderful! Vacation time was good and benefits were affordable as well.
Cons
Communication within the company could improve, instead of everything working together as a unit sometimes it felt as if the company were on different pages and goals in its entirety. If you’re looking for training? Just know you will be learning on your own and having to just figure it out as you go. And lastly, the sales team were treated as the holy grails of all grails. Although a majority of those working in other departments should be getting more credit for their success as well. It’s a team effort and should be treated as such. And lastly, following the rules during the pandemic was chaotic and communication lacked throughout and nothing was concrete. It was treated as a “case by case” situation instead of just being consistent across the board.
