Zero benefits...no paid holidays, no sick leave, no paid medical leave. Vacation for a week is paid in 2 checks 6 months apart. And you put in the money from a percentage of your salary for you vacation. You also don't get recognised for working for them without missing days or providing great employee moral. Annual testing for keeping you position.
