Business Outlook
Pros
PIC is very professional with the whole hiring process. They conduct background checks, and drug test. They want to provide professional employees for each of their customers. They also provide the recruiter with the training and tools she/he needs to do their job efficiently! (Laptop, phone, access to job boards etc)
Cons
The only con I would have to mention, is when you work for PIC they expect their company to come first. Before your children , spouse etc. and they want you to work even if sick. To them the type of sick that is excusable is when you are in the hospital.
