Pros
Lots of overtime, I worked almost everyday for 2 years. I didn't mind, because I'm young and childless but they are very understanding to your scheduling needs
Cons
-Biweekly checks -VERY HIGH TURN OVER RATE , they had over 300 workers in ONE plant within 2 years. I was the longest one that stayed( 1 year). -No job security. The company can cancel the contract then your without work until they find something for you, I bounced between 4 plants within 2 years -Pay.
