Pros

Unfortunately there are no Pros to working for Trimedx.

Cons

The list of things wrong with this company is endless. If you want to know the true measure of a Biomedical Department ask the Clinical Staff they serve. From the C-Suite down the dislike for Trimedx management is universal. Do yourself a huge favor and only go to work for this company if you have no other choice. I would of given a rating of zero stars but that was not an option. I was a Biomed for over 30 years. Trimedx took over management at the end of my career. I chose early retirement rather than to work with this company any longer.

Pros

- Rewarding work - Plenty of training and travel opportunities - Very good travel pay/not too stingy with hotels, food, etc. - Met a lot of good people - Lots of opportunity for overtime

Cons

- Poor management and organization from the top down - They are eager to put you out of your element/juniors in situations that higher level biomeds should be dealing with - Terrible promotion/raise opportunities. You would be better off leaving for a few months and re applying to get paid more than staying with the company. - Way understaffed in some areas. - Overly focused on often unrealistic metrics and trying to cut corners to meet them.
