Thanks for your comments. We are pleased to hear that you find our generous PTO and benefits package competitive. People are at the center of everything we do, and we like to foster an open communication environment. TRIMEDX encourages all associates to talk to their leaders about opportunities for new challenges or concerns. The HR team is also available to discuss concerns from associates when associates feel that they are unable to work toward a positive resolution with their leaders. We want every associate to have the opportunity to provide feedback and feel heard. Many of the recent changes within the organization were made in response to feedback and ideas submitted by our associates via our TRIMEDX Ideas Program (TIPS). Additionally, each year we have our associate engagement survey and we place clear focus on utilizing feedback to make improvements.
