Pros

Technology and support team Part ordering, matching of recalls to inventory, cyber information and training Lots of quality good people who care about the hospitals in the field and certain roles in the corporate office Good leaders in the field

Cons

Leaders from HCT are running TRIMEDX and doing the same. CEO said their would be transparency and met with all of us years ago. Now there are no more leader to leader calls, or asking questions during town halls and never stop by to see the technicians if they are at the hospital. WHY? Consistent programs are not followed. promises made that are not inline with program. no support from client services with executives - only to come in to renewing the account weeks before and make promises that are not achievable and put pressure on field to deliver at unreasonable rates HR rules are constantly changing more work being added to technicians and certain areas in the corporate office -little to no understanding of impact of their promises.

Pros

PTO, Great Atmosphere at least in my area.

Cons

PAY. They want to give them easily 3% a year so you are making less money each year because inflation is usually higher than that. The only way to get more money is to gain some experience and training through traumatics and then leave to an OEM or something similar to get paid what you're worth. Just causes a lot of turnover and it's very hard to find new people with any experience so you are constantly doing the job of multiple people. It's a vicious cycle all because they don't want to pay people what they're worth as they progress in their career instead they would rather wait until the next guy comes in pay him even more than someone was asking for plus they still have to send him to all the trainings that the other guy had already completed. Just a poor business model that makes no sense to me.
