A Good place to learn some fundamentals about staffing engineering projects, and learn Recruiting basics.

Cons

TRS Leadership is lacking in ability and capability. Demonstrate little concern or support for rank & file employees. Poor internal CRM & lack of investment in innovation.

Pros

I loved my recruiter Dan. He was great at communicating with me and seemed to actually care that I was happy in my contract

Cons

The hospital I worked for floated a LOT and I did not like that. We were told we would barely float. It was Redding Regional in Redding, Cali.
