Owned by Fluor this is not an independently managed staffing firm. They can't make any decisions without their approval so there is Heavy Handed Micro management. Hit your numbers you'll be okay that's all they care about, but be prepared to create lots of documents over and over again, because management doesn't bother to call or visit. It's like "groundhog day" every month. The highly political environment is set up to protect Fluor's back. Lots of favoritism and gender bias at work here. Benefit plans are minimal and expensive, absolutely zero perks, can't even wear jeans on Friday unless you donate $$ into the volunteer programs. Lots of internal pressure to contribute to the United Way for Fluors benefit Hopeless infrastructure, & unproductive systems managed out of the UK for the convenience of it's General Management. If you want to work in the staffing industry..there are better organizations out there to build a career with.
