      Company Structure lacked. Management was all over the place. Colleagues through you under the bus to make you look bad. No teamwork.

      Pros

      Hands off management style, company vehicle.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive anymore, pto sucks for field service who travel all week every week (hard to do things like PT, appointments, so you end up having to use PTO for things that need to get done. There is virtually zero carry over)
