      People working with you are nice.

      Cons

      Management is indecisive and HR(Pandora Jennings) don’t work, they take months to do a single thing.

      Pros

      Hands off management style, company vehicle.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive anymore, pto sucks for field service who travel all week every week (hard to do things like PT, appointments, so you end up having to use PTO for things that need to get done. There is virtually zero carry over)
