      If you are looking to put in some work and learn, many managers are willing to take you under their wing and show you how to grow and learn new things.

      Cons

      Since the company is so lean there is always a lot of work and can feel overwhelming at times

      Pros

      Hands off management style, company vehicle.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive anymore, pto sucks for field service who travel all week every week (hard to do things like PT, appointments, so you end up having to use PTO for things that need to get done. There is virtually zero carry over)
