      Extreme corporate bureaucracy and gaslighting. Mandatory use of PTO at company discretion. Low average pay and wage increases.

      Pros

      Hands off management style, company vehicle.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive anymore, pto sucks for field service who travel all week every week (hard to do things like PT, appointments, so you end up having to use PTO for things that need to get done. There is virtually zero carry over)
