Pros

Loved my boss. Best I've ever worked for. Loved the work, it was challenging and exciting. Learned tons. Liked most of my colleagues and a few of the managers. Most days were fun, at least in the beginning. Once Concur came sniffing around (before and after the take-over)... Not so good.

Cons

Work, work, work, work, work... Work on days, Work through lunch Work on nights, Work through dinner Work after midnight, Work on weekends, Work during holidays, Work on vacations (Vacation? What's that?), Work on sick days If it was possible, I would probably have had to work in my sleep and in the shower Little or no recognition for good, hard work Accolades and recognition were mostly quid-pro-quo, so if you weren't in the "club," you were invisible Nepotism and favoritism Gossiping and back-biting Micro-managers and credit-takers HR department was great, until the VP of HR quit. Then it all went south. Upon Concur's acquisition, a lot of lying and back-stabbing. Not just among co-workers who were worried about their job status, but mostly from Concur's executive leadership.

Pros

I worked as a sales/marketing intern at TRX under John Broaddus, and learned so much. The people and the learning environment was excellent!

Cons

I experienced no negativity whilst working at TRX

Pros

Working from home is great. All the people here are genuinely nice. Pay is about right for the Atlanta market. Benefits, while lackluster are in line with what other Atlanta companies are offering.

Cons

The one thing I do not like is the constant pressure. I guess when you work from home what that really means is you can work all the time. Also this is a culture of hiring and firing. Since I've started, four developers have been let go. Not all of them could have been sub par. Rather, management seems to be looking for a heroes to save them.
