If you don't like your family, you will never have to see them because you'll either be at work or sleeping from the overtime you just had to work
Cons
Drama. Backstabbing, pot stirrers in the office. Management will yell and cuss at you, but only if you are a hard workers and pulling the slack of the 3 people beside you that don't do all of their processes so u have to pick it up for them.
