Pros
OK starting pay and a decent $2/hour raise after a two year probation. Access to full benefits starting your very first day.
Cons
Many Cons...co-workers (with years of seniority) will do-you-in if they decide they don't like you. Constant testing/being watched by camera by TSM's and STSO's. Hard to use your acquired PTO because the people with seniority already took/used all of the desirable days-six months in advance! Call in sick/late? You can still get written up even with a doctor's note. After making it past the probation period, you don't get much (sometimes nothing) of a rate increase.
