Flexibility, management is a hit or miss, and learning agriculture. Friendly customers for the most part!
Cons
Corporate has gotten worse. I work both UPS and Tractor Supply. Typically, management is terrible at UPS, but Tractor Supply beat it by making sure to cut-off employee salaries, preventing my managers to shut things down in a timely manner that allowed them to be safe after dark, and implementing policies that are almost unbearable for employees. I don't think that Tractor Supply realizes that if they want fantastic customer service, they need to treat their employees right too. I've notice a massive drop in customers after they started changing their policies, so I find it a win-win situation.
