      Lots of fresh graduates to be friends with Very diverse Best of the best in the semiconductor industry

      Cons

      Crazy and unpredictable work hours -> can't plan any post-work activities on weekdays Managers are mean (really depends on your team though) So many meetings 13-14 hour on-duty night shifts suck Taiwanese work culture sucks (I'm Taiwanese myself) Not paid enough considering how much I do
