Too many hierarchies. Work Life Balance unable to meet with targets. Profit sharing (variable pay) is too much The worst for non Taiwanese engineers to work in Taiwan. Too much secretive style of working. Employee is cut from family and external world, once @ office. No smartphones allowed inside office. Too much mental stress and peer pressure on employee to achieve decent grade.
