Pros

1. Compared to most other companies in Taiwan the pay is good. 2. Leading technology if work in R&D department 3. You can learn a lot if you want to.

Cons

1. No work life balance. At least 12hour a day. Frequently work during weekend. 2. High pressure. Everything has to be done really quickly. Schedule delayed is not acceptable. Any kind of mistake is not allowed. 3. Poor management. Most of the managers do not know how to manage. They just blame your work and criticize till they are happy. Minimum guidance and ask you to do a lot of work in very limited time. 4. Bad culture. A lot of people work only for theirselves. Full of selfish people. Especially management class. They only care about their career.

Pros

Nothing to note of pros except for 2.5x pay on holidays.

Cons

Horrible work culture, 13 hour shifts (they said it would be 12 but it varies on department), training lacks depth and true mentorship. Employees with higher seniority can say anything they want (like curse in your face and say serious insults about your ability while taking no accountability for their training). If you work OT they hate it and will get on you for it. If you leave the workplace because your shift is over but other technicians are still working on tools— you are expected to stay even if it drives you into OT. Everything about their structure is set up for a lose-lose situation. Many other cons.
