Pros
Better salary, just better than the other poor low salary in Taiwan. Make everything works when decision made. Convenient facility for basic living, ex: bank, insurance, department store, travel agency, held in specific weekdays.
Cons
Bad training schedule, not that appropriate for present working. Always wasting time and resource on projects which is not that organized. People inside is not off on time, almost not. Job responsibility is not well disclosure.
