      1.People who haven’t any interesting after off work 2.people who really good at argument and like to challenge others 3.people who only need air/food/bed in life

      1.abandon from world 2.cant leave before8PM ,or peers and MRG will think you are absence early 3.manager control half of your total package

      Pros

      Nothing to note of pros except for 2.5x pay on holidays.

      Cons

      Horrible work culture, 13 hour shifts (they said it would be 12 but it varies on department), training lacks depth and true mentorship. Employees with higher seniority can say anything they want (like curse in your face and say serious insults about your ability while taking no accountability for their training). If you work OT they hate it and will get on you for it. If you leave the workplace because your shift is over but other technicians are still working on tools— you are expected to stay even if it drives you into OT. Everything about their structure is set up for a lose-lose situation. Many other cons.
