Pros

Money and the most updated experience relative to the industry

Cons

Military style work culture, lots of KPIs for people, which means that every individual is treated and expected to work as a tool, that's just the culture here, it's in the directors heads, no one can talk to them and everyone fears them. CEO said in a motivational speech: do you know what does an exempt emoyee mean? It means that you're exempt from labor laws, that's his take on it. When he was asked how do we acheive work/life balance? His answer was work hard, play hard, how does he expect his employees to play hard when work hard means working from 8am and staying until 8-10pm everyday, sometimes 6 days a week if you have a weekend shift? This leaves 0 time for life. Now the problem is that this is the CEO take on things, and it resonates through the hierarchy of management until it reaches the employees, so imagine how the work culture is like. People get threatened with their bonuses for literally everything, it's their way of retaliation. You do whatever you're told to the way THEY expect you to do it, never object anything or say a word, or you get a huge pay cuts.
