Pros

Everyone is quite hard working, and works as a team to achieve the same goal within the TA teams

Cons

Traditional working culture, with long working hours. Even when you have achieved your targets and tasks of the day, they want you to stay around to look busy to leave a good impression on other managers. Overtime culture is strong.

Pros

Stability despite layoffs across the semiconductor industry

Cons

Lower compensation than competitors. The fab in Washington works on less exciting science than the one in Arizona

Pros

Nothing to note of pros except for 2.5x pay on holidays.

Cons

Horrible work culture, 13 hour shifts (they said it would be 12 but it varies on department), training lacks depth and true mentorship. Employees with higher seniority can say anything they want (like curse in your face and say serious insults about your ability while taking no accountability for their training). If you work OT they hate it and will get on you for it. If you leave the workplace because your shift is over but other technicians are still working on tools— you are expected to stay even if it drives you into OT. Everything about their structure is set up for a lose-lose situation. Many other cons.
