We definitely aren't perfect and don't have everything figured out, but we're truly grateful that you seem to like it here. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to submit a review of your experience with TSP. We have invested greatly the past few years in our training program that all employees are able to take advantage. This allow employees to grow both professionally and personally and I'm glad you've seen that first hand since you mention the "huge potential for growth." Thank you also for acknowledging our leadership team. I agree with you and think TSP's leadership is a great group of caring and accomplished individuals.
