We try our absolute best to be as competitive as possible with our pay and compensation, but there are times in which the pay is dictated by client bill rates — but again, we try our hardest to advocate for the best possible solution for both employee and client. On the flip side of that coin are a number of other aspects that our employees love — the benefits and 401K our Seeds to Leads program, our free training and certifications via Rockstar U, and especially the flexibility.
Furthermore, to counter any pay discrepancies , several years ago we put into place a system to notify our management team of an employee who has not had a pay increase in the previous year. As a direct result, the number of employee change forms being submitted and approved last year with just under $1M in merit increases being awarded to our deserving employees.
