Thanks for taking the time to provide us with your candid and brief feedback. We try our absolute best to be as competitive as possible with our pay and compensation, but there are times in which the pay is dictated by client bill rates — but again, we try our hardest to advocate for the best possible solution for both employee and client. On the flip side of that coin are a number of other aspects that our employees love — the benefits and 401K our Seeds to Leads program, our free training and certifications via Rockstar U, and especially the flexibility. Furthermore, to counter any pay discrepancies , several years ago we put into place a system to notify our management team of an employee who has not had a pay increase in the previous year. As a direct result, the number of employee change forms being submitted and approved last year with just under $1M in merit increases being awarded to our deserving employees. Thanks again for taking the time to provide us and the Glassdoor community with your feedback.
