Over the past year, I have watched TSR transform into one of the best firms in the industry. Prior to that, the CEO was not connected to the employees and the culture was antiquated. The new CEO took over in Jan 2020 and from day 1 he has drastically improved all aspects of the company. Culture is forward thinking and employee first. Everything from our systems, procedures and policies have been overhauled and made bleeding edge. This is now a place where hard working people are recognized and all voices matter and I truly feel like I make a difference. A very successful and winning attitude is here, even through the Covid craziness, which the company handled amazingly!!
Cons
None except maybe it would be great to incentivize employees with some type of stock awards program, because if we keep this growth pace up, our valuation should climb very nicely and its good to have ownership.
